The design of Four Seasons Cayo Largo draws from the modernist heritage of Latin America and the indigenous architecture of Puerto Rico, creating a resort deeply tied to culture and place. Organized into clusters of low-rise buildings, the design strengthens the relationship between architecture and the natural beauty of the bay.
The resort includes a 150-key hotel with two restaurants, a banquet hall, spa, fitness center, and market square. My role focused on the coordination and oversight of 52 hotel clusters, comprised of single rooms, double rooms, and suites. Managing the documentation for 52 separate building sets was a true feat, and through close collaboration with a talented team, we achieved the firm’s top KPI: the most consistently accurate documentation sets across projects.
